The developers, Danny Apelboim and Kevin Glassman have made arrangements with their lawyer and title insurance company to create a package that will simplify the purchase process and reduce fees. We recommend title insurance, setting up ownership in the name of a corporation and utilizing the services of your own lawyer. This arrangement is, of course, at the option of the buyer.

The purchasing process is similar to the United States and Canada. . The lots are owned in fee simple and will be transferred in fee-simple.
