We start from Blue River Resort & Hot Springs on horseback or via car (your choice) through rainforest trails, lush pastures, plantations and across rivers. Upon seeing the Penjamos River you'll be amazed at the breathtaking volcanic blue color and mineral stone bottom. Here, we begin a short hike along the Penjamos River and in through rainforest trails. Notice the extensive biodiversity including highland birds which are difficult to see elsewhere. There will be opportunities to soak in the river; experience the waterfalls and the unique natural water slides that spill into pools. Relax and enjoy your swim.
